DO NOT rip off my character's, seriously. It's happened. You are free to be inspired (Example: have a stardust OC) but DO NOT copy or rip off an oc of mine to look exactly alike.

You are allowed to use my Artwork ONLY as a profile picture, background, phone background, and for Fan Edits and Referencing with credit!

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE MY ART FOR ANY FORM OF PROFIT.

Please do not draw NSFW of my characters, or keep it to yourself if the OC is 18+. I am a minor and will not be exposed to such things.

Respect my character's, artwork style, and lore, I put time and dedication into them and adore my characters and adore art very much.

Respect my fursonas and boyfriends fursona, we choose to change them constantly sometimes and that's ok!

Payment has to be paid first. No holds or payment plans if buying a commission (Unless you are a trusted friend).

All payments are done through Paypal!

I can refuse a commission if I believe I can't draw the character or if I am not available in the moment. (Obviously before payments of any type are made).

The art you get may not always be accurate to the examples shown, I do my best to improve everyday so please understand that!

I do not allow specific deadlines to be set if commissioning me unless we negotiate about it. I have a life outside of art and I am very slow paced when it comes to art, so please be patient with me. Art can take weeks to even 1-3 months, but I try to make sure to get it done as soon as possible while I have the ability to do so.

DO NOT COMMISSION ME IF YOU WANT ART IMMEDIATELY! It may take a while before I even consider doing your commission, art trade, etc, so please be patient, and do not rush me!

You may not use the artwork you commissioned from me for commercial profit or edit the artwork in any way.

By commissioning me you agree automatically to these Terms of Service, failure to follow these rules will result in a maximum of 3 Warnings or even a Blacklist.

All artworks I make are still usable to me to share publically after it is finished, but never for profit (example: selling your commission as stickers or charms). I own full copyright to my artwork.

The Terms of Service for Adopts and Designs are the exact same as Commissions, however you are allowed to sell merchandise of your own artwork of the design/character drawn by me that you FULLY own.

You may not resell the Design for higher than the original value unless Commissioned Artwork is provided towards the design. (If you bought an adopt from me for 25$ and sold it for 50$ without extra provided art or commissioned artwork, it is automatically a blacklist towards you.

YOU MUST HAVE A TOYHOUSE TO OWN ANY CHARACTER DESIGN OF MINE! NEVER delete their original profile or remove them from Toyhouse.

Minor changes to the design is allowed, but please do ask for approval from me. DO NOT delete the original design from their Toyhouse Profile.

In case a chargeback is made, I am allowed to take back the design and hold full ownership of them.

By owning a design of mine, you agree to these Terms of Service.
